today...
All bags are packed and ready to go... and I have no idea how heavy all the luggage is because no one has scales! So it wasn't until we checked in at the airport that we saw how heavy all our luggage was. Our luggage, meaning my grandmother and I's luggage since I travelled with her for her last time back to Perth.

So after weighing everything, we found out it was a whopping 68.9kgs!!!! *faint*
Ok... so I have 30kg and my granny has 20kg which is 50kg. The lady said she could give us an over weight allowance of 5kg which makes it a total of 55kgs. But that still means that I'm over 14kgs!!! *faints*
Then she says... it's an extra RM64 for each kg that you're over weight ... which meant I had to fork out RM900 to cover my over weight luggage! I almost had a heart attack when I heard her say RM900!!!
So then she told me that I could take another item as hand luggage... so I was forced to take the brown luggage bag with all my clothes. That was 7kg already... then she said I had to take another kg out and put it into hand luggage... so I took my bible and devotion book and put it into my hand bag and she said that it's all fine. SAVED BY JESUS!
But the system is so stupid! I was 14kg over weight and I just need to bring more luggage and put it as hand carry. Guhh -___-" So I had 4 bags in total for hand carry. My hand bag, my laptop, my. camera bag and also my luggage bag! In the end, all my luggage is still going on the same plane! >__>" so I don't know what the RM900 fuss was about!
However, it was alright since I got assistance everywhere I went since I had an elderly with me! haha...the flight was pretty tiring. There was non-stop turbulence which gave me a real bad headache and since grandma can't sit straight she kept leaning towards to side of the chair which was uncomfortable when I was watching movies.
We reached Perth pretty quick and I couldn't stop smiling after touch down. I'm so happy to be back home! We zipped through all the short cuts of the airport and we skipped all the long queues for customs and went straight to the front of the line for everything!
Airport Travel 101 TIP: Pretend to break a leg next time and request wheelchair assistance. That way, you get through the airport system so much faster and you get people to help you with your luggage!
After getting in the car from working up a sweat just going through the airport and customs and so forth... I wiped my face with a tissue and my first instinct was to wind down the window and through it out... but oops! We're back in Australia... you get fined for your every wrong action.

Do I miss Malaysia? Of course I miss Malaysia... tosei and teh C, teh tarik, asam laksa, roti canai, I miss my cousins, I miss my babies Shantel, Lucas and Abby.... but nothing beats the feeling of being at home finally.

I missed my room which is in dire need of an IKEA makeover and I missed the sound of a toilet flushing with some Oomph and power! And I missed my car... I haven't driven it yet... and I missed my bed!!!
Tomorrow is finally my graduation day! I'm so excited! Apparently I'm wearing a smalt coloured sash and most other people will be wearing a hot pink one. Talk about odd ball! Can't wait...
