Vroom Vroom

There is this thing called a car. It has made our lives so much more convenient and the average family would find it so difficult to live without a car. In fact, most families have 3, 4 or even 5 cars - one for each occupant of the family. We all lead such busy lives that it would be inconvenient to car pool because we’re all selfish people – so we all have cars of our own. =)

Anyway I was driving down Leach Highway and I encountered a driver driving a 180SX and his stupid muffler was so freaking LOUD! Isn't the purpose of a muffler to muffle out that STUPID STUPID sound that goes BRRRRRRRRRRRr PSSSSSSSsssssssssssssT BRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr PSTttttttttttttttttt AGRHH@#$!@#$#@%#$%$# ANNOYS ME LA, WHY DOES IT HAVE TO KEEP PISSING! And why must they always speed so fast at the traffic lights – I bet I can beat your gay car la.

I remember one time I sat in someone’s 200SX ... -___-“ it was the worst experience of my life even though it was my favourite car at the time (in yellow of course). I was sitting at the back and the STUPID muffler WAS SOOO LOUD... SO LOUD every time he sped up and even when he sped down and even when we were at a standstill the muffler was just so incredibly loud... I got a massssssive headache ...like GINORMOUS headache after.

Corolla rocks my socks. In my fantasies, I would have always wanted a sports car, a nice looking car – but I’m so glad that I got my little Corolla. It’s practical, convenient and easy to park and drive. Not too many buttons going on inside, simple and IT ROCKS MY SOCKS OK! Oh yes, and now after being beaten twice on the roads... I realise that my little Corolla is not one for racing =) I didn’t know how weak my little car was until I was out there on the roads... my poor little car *pat pat* you did well.

I remember back in Malaysia I had the privilege(?) of seeing a “cruise” happen on the freeway - a cruise of about 12 Mazda RX-8s. It was indeed a really nice sight, seeing all those RX-8’s whizz pass. I understand the psychology behind people wanting to go for car cruises. WASTING PETROL LA! *and the crowd says aiyoo* Though I know that it must be a pretty cool feeling when you’re driving along with all those other cars. Maybe I should have my own little Toyota cruise with Pauls, Sha, Vans, J.Leo and Mingster! HOhoho.... the little Toyota’s come to rock the little town of Perth. 2 Corolla’s, 2 Yaris and 2 Echo! ~ Feel the powahhh!!! Who else has a little Toyota and want to join my cruise and waste petrol? Lol As if petrol isn’t expensive enough these days!

I don’t understand why people go for looks over practicality. Ok, so the car must look at least half decent, but who wants to spend $60 or $70 bucks on fuel each week? I don’t! Wasting money... to have such a nice car means more costs spent in insurance, petrol, servicing and general up-keep of the car. Wah lau and with the rising cost of petrol... I pumped $60 for a full tank of fuel for the first time in my life the other week! I can’t believe it has come to this! I still remember when I first got my car I was paying $30 for a full tank of fuel for a month! $30 to last me for a whole month!!! And I remember when I first started working at the petrol station (which I loathed so so much) that petrol prices were still 78 cents at the cheapest and now they’re $1.52. CRAZY!!!!
